Who handles complaints
Dr Mohammed Noaman is personally responsible for handling complaints about the medico-legal service provided by Aya Med Ltd, including complaints about your examination or report. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly.
How to complain
You can raise a complaint in any of the following ways:

A complaint should ordinarily be raised within 6 months of the matter you are complaining about, or within 6 months of it coming to your attention.
What happens next
- Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
- It will ordinarily be investigated within 28 working days.
- You will receive a full response within 20 working days of the investigation concluding.

As an unrepresented claimant, you may also raise a concern about your medico-legal examination or report directly with MedCo, in addition to or instead of contacting us:

Concerns about the Clinica Vitalis premises or its CQC registration, as distinct from the medico-legal opinion itself, can also be raised with the Care Quality Commission on 03000 616161.
Confidentiality and records
Your complaint will be handled confidentially and will not affect the standard of service you receive. A record of your complaint is retained for 7 years, in line with our medico-legal record retention practice.
